Event Details

Q: When and where is the event?
A: The 43rd Annual ICRS Auction will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the St. Joseph Center, located at 215 N. 15th Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98274.

Q: What time does the event start?
A: The event begins at 5:30 PM with a cocktail reception, silent auction and games, followed by dinner and the live auction starting at 7:00 PM

Q: How can I stay updated on event details and announcements?
A: Follow the school on social media, read our school newsletters, see our advertisements in the parish bulletins and visit our event page regularly for the latest updates and information.

Ticket Information

Q: How can I purchase tickets for the event?

A: Tickets can be purchased on our event website here: Tickets & Donation and will go on sale December 15th.

Q: What is the cost of the tickets?
A: Ticket prices are $90 per person or $700 for a table of 8 people. 

Q: Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?

A: Yes, tickets should be purchased by February 14, 2025, to ensure availability and proper accommodations.

Event Logistics

Q: What is the dress code for the event?
A: We encourage guests to dress in the spirit of the Kentucky Derby theme and enjoy the evening. Big hats and bowties are welcome!

Q: Is parking available at the venue?
A: Yes, there is plenty of parking in the school play yard on the blacktop. This can be accessed by driving through the gates on the south side of the St Joseph Center parking lot. 

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or other special needs?

A: Please indicate your special needs or dietary restrictions when you purchase tickets or contact our auction chair Erin Kohlhaas at ekohlhaas@icrsweb.org. We will do our best to accommodate.

A: To donate an item, please complete the Item Donation form on our auction website or contact the development office directly. We appreciate your generous contributions.
